01What models do I get access to?
All of them. GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Llama for chat. Flux, Imagen, Recraft and others for images. Runway, Veo, Kling, Minimax for video. New models added as they ship. No extra charge.
02Is there a free tier?
Yes. 500 free credits per month. Most chat messages cost a fraction of a credit, so the free tier covers real exploration before you commit.
03How do credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly credit pool. Same pool for chat, images, video, and workflow runs. Costs are shown before each action so there are no surprises. If you run out, you can buy a top-up bundle. Purchased credits never expire.
04Is my data used to train models?
No. We don't fine-tune on your chats, files, or prompts. Provider terms apply to model calls, but Blend itself never trains on your data and never sells it.
05Can people see my prompts and chats?
No. Your conversations and uploaded files are private to your account. If you publish a workflow, internal prompts stay hidden by default. Runners only see inputs and outputs.
06Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with one click. No call, no email, no retention loop. Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period.
07What if a workflow gives bad output?
Email us with the run ID. We flag the workflow for review and work with you and the creator to fix it. We're a small team. Marc reads every report.
